Cloud Server Outage 11:26amEDT 5/22/2025

Current Status: Our cloud servers are currently experiencing an outage and are temporarily unavailable.

We sincerely apologize for this unexpected disruption to your MOMENTUM workflow. We understand how critical our platform is to your daily operations, and we recognize the significant impact this outage may be having on your productivity.

What's Happening: Our cloud infrastructure vendor is actively working to rebuild and restore our servers. Their technical team has been deployed to address the issue and implement a comprehensive solution.

Expected Resolution: We anticipate that all services will be fully restored by 3:00 PM on May 22, 2025. Our team is working diligently alongside our vendor to ensure the fastest possible recovery.
Once MOMENTUM is back on line, you may need to go into your Archive/Review/Sonoview and select all of your studies that were not send and Send them.  Some systems will auto send from the DICOM spooler.  Some require that you click Select the studies individually by checking the box  in front of each name and then clicking Export/Send or DICOM Send.

Our Commitment: We are treating this as our highest priority and have all available resources dedicated to resolving this issue. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as new information becomes available.

We truly apologize for any inconvenience this outage has caused and deeply appreciate your patience as we work to restore full service. Your trust in MOMENTUM is paramount to us, and we are committed to preventing similar disruptions in the future.
